an even number of magnet pairs....To
assure that Coil-to-Magnet Track clearance
gaps are aligned the installer must
reference mounting surfaces shown on
the specification drawing(s) and reproduce
this position for each track segment
relative to the coil. |

This document provides
an overview of Airex Linear Motor Specification
values for Back EMF(KE) and Force Constant(KF)
equal. This Technote will review this
and provide insight to Airex tests and
specify these values....With a linear
motor, the effect of both KE and KF
can be made empirically evident by the
physical effort exerted when manually
"pushing" the motor coil through
the magnet track with all of the motor
phase leads short circuited together.
